I fell in love with these little guys that Jenny B. created on Allsorts a while back. I love the peppermint look of the whipstitching.
They just kinda whispered "Valentines" to me so I pinned them to my ValenTimes board. I have a border collie rather than a scotty dog but I'm putty in the paws of a puppy so I just had to make them.
A free pattern, felt and a bit of embroidery thread, a lazy Saturday night watching White Collar on Netflix. Bliss. Productive bliss.

DeleteI have seen these in a garland on Pinterest, I think. A bowl of puppies would be super cute AND they don't require any food. Maybe someday you can have a real scottie of your own. They are wonderful dogs...and don't act like a dog, but more soulful like a person.
